Which carrier do you use?
All orders ship via FedEx Ground unless you select an expedited option at checkout.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Yes. Due to the high value of Orbit Baby products, an adult signature is required for all orders over $400.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Orbit Baby does not ship outside the U.S. or to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.

No. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, and Orbit Baby does not currently support them.
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.
