We're dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. Once a refund is issued, it can take 2-3 business days to show on your bank account.
You may exchange an Orbit Baby product in the new, unused condition, in its original packaging by simply initiating a return. Once your return order has been received to Orbit Baby, you will receive your refund via the original form of payment. From there, you can place a new order for the Orbit Baby product you would like to receive instead. .
If you believe the product is defective, please contact Orbit Baby at hello@orbitbaby.com with your serial number (if applicable) and original proof of purchase to initiate review within the limited warranty period. If Orbit Baby determines a defect is covered by this limited warranty, Orbit Baby will, at its option, repair or replace the product or components of the product. This limited warranty extends to repair and replacement products and components only through the end of the original limited warranty period.
