Hey Dezaray, In our correspondence with you we acknowledged that the handlebar was not in acceptable condition. As part of our commitment to our customer and quality, we offered free return shipping for the item and we stated multiple times we were going to replace it. However, you refused to send it back to us and instead reported that you threw everything in the trash. It is very common practice for defective items to be sent back to companies. You failed to tell the complete story here and that is unfortunate, because we truly pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our customer. If you had just simply returned the items in question we would have replaced it for you.

Just what we needed!
We weren’t careful enough with our first orbit baby handle bar and I was so happy to see that they offered a replacement one at a fair price! Installation was easier than imaginable and made our stroller look brand new. Thank you orbit baby!

Best replacement piece.
Taking my stroller through the airports and having the airline store them with the suitcases, the handles would get destroyed, as if they purposefully would throw the stroller around for the fun of it. So grateful to have the handle bar replacement because now of it I have a brand new looking orbit stroller that I love so dearly. I used this brand stroller for all 5 of my babies because it’s the best on the market.
